Lucy Wyatt

Qualifications and Expertise

Hi, I’m Lucy. I am an neurodivergent-affirming therapist and a registered member of the BACP with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, overwhelm, and the weight of life’s challenges. I work with adults from all backgrounds and aim to create a neurodivergent affirming space

I provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable space for those who feel stuck or misunderstood. My goal is to help you rebuild trust in yourself while navigating the complexities of modern life. I am committed to providing a neurodivergent-affirming environment for adults from all backgrounds, focussing on nurturing self-care and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Through a blend of practical strategies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I aim to help you feel more content and significantly reduce the daily impact of stress. Central to my practice is a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens—informed by my work with an adoption support agency—which is vital in understanding how formative years impact our adult lives and parenting styles. I have extensive experience supporting a range of needs, including ADHD, Autism, OCD, and Depression, helping you process past trauma and low self-esteem to foster genuine personal growth.
